Quorum refers to the minimum number of attendees required to hold a valid meeting or to adopt a resolution. Under the Law resolutions adopted at a meeting where the quorum was not met, are null and void.
In some case a quorum for certain decisions is set by Law. Also the Articles of Association of a legal person can prescribe when a quorom is required.
