Rosa Ruimschotel

Rosa studied Law at the University of Amsterdam. She started her career in 2003 as a lawyer in a medium-sized law firm in Amsterdam. In 2009, she moved to the Arbitration Board for the Building Industry. As its secretary, she was responsible for advising arbitrators during arbitrations and for drawing up awards. During her time at the Arbitration Board, she gained extensive experience in the areas of construction law and procedural law.

Of Counsel

Rosa no longer acts as a lawyer but is now practicing with Office Hong Kong as an Of Counsel. She works on various civil law cases in the areas of contract law, real estate law, and construction law, and also handles various debt collection cases. Rosa lives in London for most of the year, which means that she speaks fluent English.
